Instructions
Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
Cut in the vegan butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in 7-Up and coconut milk until just combined.
Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
Roll out dough to about ½ inch thick and cut with a biscuit cutter.
Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
