Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Vegan butter cold and cubed
  • ½ cup 7-Up
  • ½ cup Coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the vegan butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  4. Stir in 7-Up and coconut milk until just combined.
  5. Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently.
  6. Roll out dough to about ½ inch thick and cut with a biscuit cutter.
  7. Place biscuits on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
