  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Rinse the quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add quinoa and a pinch of salt.
  3. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
  5. Fluff with a fork and stir in olive oil before serving.
