Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups dried hibiscus flowers
  • 8 cups water
  • 0.5 cup sugar or to taste
  • Ice optional

Instructions 

  1. Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a pot.
  2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers and boil for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let it steep for 10 minutes.
  4. Strain the mixture into a pitcher.
  5. Add the remaining 4 cups of water and sugar. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator or serve over ice.
