  • 1 block tempeh
  • 0.5 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut the tempeh into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the tempeh pieces in the BBQ mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the tempeh pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Serve hot with extra BBQ sauce if desired.
