Ingredients 

Burger Ingredients

  • 1 cup Black beans cooked and mashed
  • ½ cup Breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup Onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  4. 4. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. 5. Cook for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
  6. 6. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.
