  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup nutritional yeast
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
  3. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, nutritional yeast, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom with the mixture.
  5. Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
