Ingredients 

Tempura Batter

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt

Vegetables

  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 cup sliced zucchini
  • as needed Cooking spray

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cold water, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  3. Dip veggies into the batter, making sure they are well-coated.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the battered veggies in the basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
