Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to make a batter.
Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they are well-coated.
Place coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
In a separate bowl, mix hot sauce and melted vegan butter.
Toss the cooked cauliflower in the hot sauce mixture.
Return to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.
