Air Fryer Vegan Buffalo Tofu Bites Recipe
Spicy and crispy tofu bites made in the air fryer.

Main Ingredients
- 1 block extra-firm tofu
- ¼ cup cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
In a bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Toss tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Arrange tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
In a bowl, toss the cooked tofu with buffalo sauce until well coated.
