Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block extra-firm tofu
  • ¼ cup cornstarch
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into bite-sized cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss tofu cubes in the cornstarch mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Arrange tofu in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Lightly spray with olive oil.
  6. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  7. In a bowl, toss the cooked tofu with buffalo sauce until well coated.
