Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mash black beans with a fork.
  3. Add breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  4. Form mixture into 4 patties.
  5. Place patties in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
  6. Flip patties and cook for another 10 minutes or until crispy.
