Air Fryer Vegan Sweet Potato Fritters Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 medium Sweet Potatoes peeled and grated
- 1 cup Chickpea Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cumin ground
- 1 teaspoon Paprika smoked
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper ground
- ¼ cup Green Onions chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- ½ cup Water
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine grated sweet potatoes, chickpea flour, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Add chopped green onions and cilantro to the mixture.
Gradually add water to the mixture, stirring until a thick batter forms.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
