Air Fryer Vegan Tofu and Asparagus Scramble Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu pressed and crumbled
- 1 bunch asparagus trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and pepper to taste
Press and drain the tofu, then crumble it into a bowl.
Trim and cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the asparagus in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
Add the crumbled tofu and turmeric to the asparagus, mix well.
Cook for another 5 minutes.
