Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 block firm tofu pressed and crumbled
  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Press and drain the tofu, then crumble it into a bowl.
  2. Trim and cut the asparagus into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Cook the asparagus in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
  6. Add the crumbled tofu and turmeric to the asparagus, mix well.
  7. Cook for another 5 minutes.
