Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Cashews soaked in water for at least 4 hours
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
2. In a blender, combine cashews, water, nutritional yeast, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens.
4. Serve over your favorite pasta and enjoy!
