- 1 cup almond butter
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond flour
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup vegan chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
Add almond flour, baking soda, and salt to the wet ingredients. Stir until combined.
Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let it cool before cutting into squares. Enjoy!
