Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 3 tablespoon Ground Flaxseed
  • 9 tablespoon Water
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Maple Syrup

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix ground flaxseed and water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  4. Add the flaxseed mixture, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
