Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a small bowl, mix ground flaxseed and water. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the flaxseed mixture, apple cider vinegar, and maple syrup to the dry ingredients. Mix well.
Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
