Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ cup Coconut Oil melted
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Vegan Chocolate Chips

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  5. Fold in the vegan chocolate chips.
  6. Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
