Almond Milk Panna Cotta
A creamy, vegan dessert made with almond milk and agar-agar.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Almond milk
- 1 teaspoon Agar-agar powder
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1. In a saucepan, combine almond milk, agar-agar powder, and sugar.
2. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2-3 minutes, whisking constantly.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
4. Pour mixture into molds and let cool to room temperature.
5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
