Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt, to taste
  • 2 tablespoon fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoon oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, onion, green chilies, ginger, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, and coriander leaves.
  2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Fry the patties until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
