Ingredients 

Starter Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Non-dairy milk

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of non-dairy milk. Mix well using a wooden spoon.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a large ziplock bag or a bowl covered with a cloth. Let it sit at room temperature.
  3. Stir the mixture once a day for 10 days. On the 5th day, feed the starter with another 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of sugar, and 1 cup of non-dairy milk. Mix well.
