Instructions
Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Add the cooked macaroni, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion to the bowl. Stir until well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
