  • 1 head Cabbage shredded
  • 2 large Carrots shredded
  • 1 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Celery seed

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage and carrots.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, mix together apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and celery seed until the sugar is dissolved.
  3. 3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cabbage and carrots. Toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Let the slaw sit for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
