Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 1 cup Sliced Bell Peppers
  • 0.5 cup Chopped Fresh Herbs (Cilantro, Parsley, etc.)

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and sliced bell peppers.
  2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and Dijon mustard.
  3. 3. Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss to combine.
  4. 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped fresh herbs and toss again.
  5. 5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
