  1. 1. In a blender, combine apple juice, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  2. 2. Pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warm.
  3. 3. Divide the warm apple mixture between two cups.
  4. 4. Pour the strong brewed coffee over the apple mixture in each cup.
  5. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
