Apple and Onion Brie Recipe
A delicious vegan recipe combining the sweetness of apples with the savory taste of onions and brie.

Main Ingredients
- 2 pcs Apples sliced
- 1 pc Onion sliced
- 200 g Vegan Brie sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Place the sliced apples and onions on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the apples and onions are tender.
Remove from the oven and place slices of vegan brie on top.
Bake for another 10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and bubbly.
Serve warm and enjoy!
