Main Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Vegetable oil
- ¼ cup Unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 2 cups Diced apples peeled and cored
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
In another bowl, mix the vegetable oil, applesauce, and vanilla extract.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Fold in the diced apples.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
