Apple Brie Grilled Cheese Recipe
A delicious vegan twist on the classic grilled cheese with apples and brie.

- 4 slices Vegan bread
- 1 Apple, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Vegan brie cheese
- 2 tablespoon Vegan butter
1. Spread vegan butter on one side of each bread slice.
2. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
3. Layer vegan brie and apple slices on the bread in the skillet.
4. Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side up.
5. Cook until golden brown on one side, about 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted, another 4-5 minutes.
6. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, and serve.
