Apple Cheddar Quesadillas

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 Tortillas large
  • 1 Apple thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Vegan Cheddar Cheese shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Vegan Butter

Instructions 

  1. Heat the skillet over medium heat and add half of the vegan butter.
  2. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the vegan cheddar cheese evenly over it.
  3. Layer the apple slices over the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the apples and top with the second tortilla.
  5. Cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the skillet, cut into wedges, and serve warm.
