Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cornmeal, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
In another bowl, mix the applesauce, non-dairy milk, and vegetable oil.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let it cool before serving.
