Ingredients 

Dough

  • 3 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Almond milk warmed
  • ¼ cup Coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup Sugar

Filling

  • 2 cups Apples peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup Brown sugar

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm almond milk, melted coconut oil, and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Add flour to the yeast mixture and stir until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
  3. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread diced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar evenly over the dough.
  4. Roll the dough into a log and cut into 8 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for 20 minutes.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
