Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine warm almond milk, melted coconut oil, and sugar. Sprinkle yeast on top and let sit for 10 minutes.
Add flour to the yeast mixture and stir until a dough forms. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread diced apples, cinnamon, and brown sugar evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough into a log and cut into 8 rolls. Place in a greased baking dish and let rise for 20 minutes.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
