Apple Cinnamon Tart

Crust
- 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup Vegan butter cold
- 2 tablespoon Ice water
Filling
- 4 Apples peeled, cored, and sliced
- 0.5 cup Brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour and cold vegan butter. Mix until crumbly.
Add ice water gradually and mix until dough forms. Roll out the dough and place it in a tart pan.
In another bowl, mix apple slices with brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Arrange the apple mixture over the crust.
Bake for 40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and apples are tender.
Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!
