Apple Coleslaw Recipe

- 4 cups Shredded Cabbage
- 2 Apples, thinly sliced
- 1 cup Carrots, shredded
- ¼ cup Vegan Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, sliced apples, and shredded carrots.
In a small bowl, whisk together vegan mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
