- 1 gallon Apple cider
- 1 gallon Apple juice
- 3 cups White sugar
- 8 sticks Cinnamon
- 1.5 liters Everclear
1. In a large pot, combine apple cider, apple juice, sugar, and cinnamon sticks.
2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
3. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
4. Once cool, stir in Everclear.
5. Pour into mason jars and refrigerate.
