Ingredients

  • 1 gallon Apple cider
  • 1 gallon Apple juice
  • 3 cups White sugar
  • 8 sticks Cinnamon
  • 1.5 liters Everclear

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine apple cider, apple juice, sugar, and cinnamon sticks.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
  4. 4. Once cool, stir in Everclear.
  5. 5. Pour into mason jars and refrigerate.
