- 1 sheet vegan puff pastry
- 4 apples, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon apricot jam
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet.
Arrange apple slices on the pastry.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over the apples.
Drizzle lemon juice over the top.
Bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush apricot jam over the tart while still warm.
