Ingredients

  • 2 cups Dried Apricots chopped
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Ginger grated
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed

Instructions 

  1. Combine apricots, sugar, ginger, and water in a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add lemon juice and simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. Pour into sterilized jars and let cool before sealing.
