Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup Chopped zucchini
- 1 cup Chopped mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add chopped bell peppers, zucchini, and mushrooms to the skillet.
Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper over the veggies.
Stir and cook for about 15-20 minutes until veggies are tender and slightly crispy.
