  • 4 cups Arugula fresh
  • 2 Pears sliced
  • ¼ cup Walnuts chopped
  • ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine arugula, sliced pears, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
