Main Ingredients
- 4 cups Arugula fresh
- 2 Pears sliced
- ¼ cup Walnuts chopped
- ¼ cup Dried Cranberries
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
In a large mixing bowl, combine arugula, sliced pears, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
