Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups arugula
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 0.25 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup walnuts, toasted
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a large bowl, combine arugula, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and walnuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
