Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g rice noodles
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, minced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup snap peas
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha (optional)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions 

  1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, and snap peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan and toss to combine.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
