Main Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 0.5 cup sliced red bell pepper
- 0.25 cup chopped cilantro
- 0.25 cup sliced green onions
- 0.25 cup chopped peanuts
Dressing
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, bell pepper, cilantro, green onions, and peanuts.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, lime juice, maple syrup, ginger, and garlic.
Pour dressing over the slaw and toss to coat.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
