- 2 cups Broccoli Florets
- 1 cup Sliced Carrots
- 1 cup Sliced Bell Peppers
- 1 cup Snow Peas
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut aluminum foil into four large squares.
Divide the broccoli, carrots, bell peppers, and snow peas evenly among the foil squares.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
Drizzle the sauce mixture over the vegetables.
Fold the foil over the vegetables and crimp the edges to seal the packets.
Place the packets on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
Carefully open the packets and serve hot.
