Asparagus Crostini

- 1 bunch Asparagus trimmed
- 1 loaf Baguette sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the asparagus on a baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and season with salt and pepper. Roast for 10-15 minutes until tender.
While the asparagus is roasting, slice the baguette and brush each slice with the remaining olive oil. Toast in the oven for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
Once the asparagus is done, cut it into bite-sized pieces. In a mixing bowl, combine the asparagus with minced garlic.
Top each toasted baguette slice with the asparagus mixture. Serve immediately.
