  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the asparagus tips with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread them out on a baking sheet.
  4. Roast for 10 minutes, until tender and slightly crispy.
  5. Remove from oven and toss with lemon zest and juice.
