Main Ingredients
- 4 cups thinly sliced potatoes
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish.
In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add the almond milk, nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper to the saucepan. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
Pour the sauce over the potatoes, making sure they are evenly coated.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
