  • 2 cups Black Beans cooked and drained
  • 1 whole Avocado diced
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 whole Red Onion finely chopped
  • 1 whole Lime juiced
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro chopped

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.
  2. Drizzle with lime juice and olive oil. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  3. Toss everything gently to combine. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
