Main Ingredients
- 2 Avocados, diced
- 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 Tomato, diced
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 1 Lime, juiced
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, black beans, tomato, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
Pour the lime juice over the mixture and season with salt and black pepper.
Gently toss everything together until well combined.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
