- 2 large Carrots spiralized
- 1 large Avocado diced
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black Pepper to taste
1. Spiralize the carrots and place them in a mixing bowl.
2. Add the diced avocado, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl.
3. Toss everything together until well combined.
4. Serve immediately.
