  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 Red Onion small, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced avocados, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. 2. Drizzle with lime juice and season with salt and black pepper.
