Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Chickpeas drained and rinsed
  • 1 Avocado peeled and pitted
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Cumin
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 2-4 tablespoon Water as needed

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. 2. Blend until smooth, adding water as needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. 3. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  4. 4. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
