  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. Scoop out the avocado flesh and place it in a blender.
  2. Add the coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  5. Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
