- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
Add lime juice, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately or refrigerate for later use.
